Terms of Sale & Participant Agreement
Effective Date: July 2026
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in any products, services, golf schools, lessons, memberships, digital programs, or events offered by Combine Golf ("Combine Golf," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing, registering, or participating in any Combine Golf program, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional event-specific policies provided during registration.
1. Our Programs
Combine Golf offers educational golf instruction through:
Combine 30 Digital Programs
Online Golf Lessons
Live Virtual Coaching
In-Person Golf Lessons
Golf Schools
Junior Camps
Swing Evaluations
Membership Programs
Video Swing Analysis
Digital Products
Future coaching programs and educational services
Program availability, instructors, pricing, and schedules are subject to change.
2. Payments
Payment is due at registration unless a payment plan has been approved.
Memberships automatically renew until canceled.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Golf Schools
Because Combine Golf reserves coaches, facilities, staffing, and operational resources well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies.
More Than 90 Days Before Your School
Your deposit may be transferred one time to another available Combine Golf School within 12 months of your original event date.
31–90 Days Before Your School
Deposits are non-refundable.
Any tuition paid beyond the deposit may, at Combine Golf's discretion, be applied as a credit toward another school within twelve (12) months.
Within 30 Days
Tuition becomes non-refundable.
Documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually.
Junior Camps
14+ days before camp: Full refund
7–13 days: 50% refund or full credit
Less than 7 days: No refund
Documented illness or injury may qualify for future credit.
Individual Lessons
Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are forfeited.
Lesson packages may be refunded within 90 days for unused lessons.
Online Lessons & Digital Products
Due to immediate access, Combine 30, online lessons, digital downloads, and digital coaching programs are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within five (5) business days, a full refund will be issued.
4. Event Changes
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require us to postpone, relocate, reschedule, or modify a golf school.
Examples include:
Severe weather
Wildfires
Natural disasters
Public health emergencies
Facility closures
Instructor illness
Safety concerns
Government restrictions
If this occurs, Combine Golf may:
Reschedule your event
Transfer your registration
Apply tuition toward another school
Issue a refund if no comparable solution is available
Our goal is always to work with every participant in good faith.
5. Travel Policy
Participants are responsible for their own:
Airfare
Hotels
Rental vehicles
Transportation
Other travel expenses
Combine Golf is not responsible for travel-related costs.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Participant Health & Safety
Participants certify they are physically able to participate.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before instruction begins.
If emergency medical care becomes necessary, participants remain responsible for all related expenses.
7. Assumption of Risk
Golf instruction involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Golf ball impacts
Club-related injuries
Physical exertion
Uneven terrain
Weather exposure
Heat-related illness
Slips and falls
By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.
8. Video Analysis & Technology Consent
Combine Golf uses modern coaching technology, including:
SportsBox AI 3D Motion Capture
High-Speed Video
Launch Monitors
Swing Analysis Software
Mobile Coaching Platforms
By participating, you consent to the recording and analysis of your golf swing for instructional purposes.
Your personal performance information is never sold.
9. Photography & Media Release
Unless you notify us in writing before your event, Combine Golf may use photographs, video, testimonials, and interviews captured during your participation for:
Marketing
Social Media
Website Content
Educational Materials
Promotional Campaigns
10. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, fellow golfers, and host facilities.
Combine Golf reserves the right to dismiss anyone whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with these standards.
Dismissal for misconduct is not eligible for a refund.
11. Coaching Expectations
Every golfer improves differently.
Combine Golf provides expert instruction and individualized coaching plans but cannot guarantee:
Handicap reductions
Lower scores
Tournament results
Performance improvements
Results depend on practice, commitment, physical ability, and many other factors beyond our control.
12. Intellectual Property
All Combine Golf content—including videos, assessments, practice plans, coaching systems, graphics, digital products, and educational materials—is the exclusive property of Combine Golf.
Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
13. SMS Communications
If you opt into text messaging, you may receive:
Lesson reminders
Scheduling updates
Promotions
Event announcements
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combine Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or through binding arbitration in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Acceptance
By registering for or purchasing any Combine Golf program, lesson, golf school, membership, or digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale and Participant Agreement.
Electronic registration, electronic signatures, and online payment constitute acceptance of these Terms.
